PROJECT #1
INNER PATIO, UK
Commisioned mural for a private residential property in Dorset, England.
As part of the research for the project I gathered with the residents and we came to the idea that the reception hall should evocate and interior garden, where birds and flora would surround you even in the darkest months.
PROJECT #2
Wind walkers, spain
Through this installation I was reflecting about where we as humans, place ourselves in the natural world and how this relationship is constantly shifting and evolving: a patch of grass that degrades, changes and becomes something we start to notice; bird song from a forest that is heightened by the acoustics of the gallery space.
The characters and birds that appeared through this investigation act as messengers of the subconscious, opening the door of the impossible things: sea creatures living in the air together with exotic fruits, fire lights burning in the deepest water, animals changing in a metamorphosis of smoke and flowers, macrocosmos and microcosmos in a constant dance, all of it as a symbol of renovation and change throughout the installation.
PROJECT #3
DRAWN HOUSE & the lioness dreams, Spain
This installation was the final mayor project exhibition at the Castilla-La Mancha University and at the Auditorium Theater of Cuenca (Spain).
It works with the relationship established in the individual between the inhabiting of the childhood home and the influence that this has with identity development.
Memories, objects and thoughts related to the primigenial house are located in opposition to the house of the mind, where new memories and states of being can flouirish. Objects from domestic sphere bring to the spectator memory pictures of its own childhood.
PROJECT #4
laboratori, Spain
Final project for the Diploma in Interior Design with Architectural Digest, Vogue School of Fashion Madrid.
This imaginary space works as an experimental materials bank, research centre and showroom where artists and designers come together and collaborate.
In the spirit of this space I had the opportunity to collaborate with architect Pierre Chuvency, who created from scratch the different views of the building through our dialogues
PROJECT #5
PRISM EYE, FRANCE
Installation created for the contemporary art festival Le Printemps de Septembre in Toulouse, France.
This installation was focused on an intimate view, where I was working directly deconstructing some of my deepest convictions, exposing them in different layers to the curious gaze.
I was particularly interested in the idea of how things change depending on how you look at them, as an everchanging prism.
